Home Remedy No1. Coffee Scrub. When you rub your skin with coarse coffee grounds, it can work as a ver effective exfoliating agent. This can remove dead skin cells, to give your skin a new and healthy look.
Coffee can tighten the skin and smooth out saggy dimples. It can also enhance fat metabolism and removes the fat and liquid from your skin to help reduce cellulite.
Coffee Scrub Ingredients
1/4 cup coffee grounds
3 tablespoons of sugar
2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil.
Combine the ingredients in a clean bowl. Melt the coconut oil first before mixing it with the other ingredients. Massage the mixture into the areas of cellulite. Massage for several minutes and apply firm pressure on tough cellulite.
If you do use olive oil, do not mix with the coffee and sugar. Apply it to the skin first before massaging the coffee/sugar mixture into the affected areas. Now wash off with warm water. Do this 2/3 times a week.
Home Remedy No2. Juniper Oil
Sometimes, your body can get toxin build up within the skin and fatty tissues. There are many ways to detoxify skin, one effective way is to use Juniper oil. This oil has natural cleansing properties and can clear toxin build up in your skin. It can also help reduce fluid retention in your skin.
Do this: Add approx 15 drops of Juniper oil to a 1/4 cup of olive oil. Massage into the areas of your skin with cellulite. Do this for approx 15 minutes per session. Do this daily for a period of one month.
Home Remedy No3. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has many powerful and potent uses. ACV is loaded with minerals, including potassium, magnesium and calcium. It can help get rid of cellulite because the minerals contained within ACV help flush out toxins from your body. It can also help reduce water retention around the thigh and stomach areas.
Apple Cider vinegar can help you remove those cellulite pockets by directly helping you lose weight too.
Do this: Take one part ACV and two parts water. You can also add honey if you wish. Mix the solution and rub it in to the affected area for a few minutes. Leave it on there for 30 minutes before washing off with warm water. Do this twice a day to get results.
